vegetable spring roll ( 1 portion)
For wrapper
Ingredients
Flour - 50 gm
cornflour - 50 gm
salt - pinch
Egg - 1 no.
Water - 150 ml
For filing
Jullian cabbage - 15gm
jullian carrot - 15 gm
jullian spring onion - 5gm
Boil Noddle - 20 gm
Soya - 3 ml
Vinegar - 3ml
salt, pepper - to taste
Ol - 30 ml
Hot garlic sauce - Accompaniment
Oil to deep fry
Method :-
Wrapper :-
1.) Mix all the ingredients together and make a batter.
2.) Heat non-stick pan and put the batter.
3.) Spread thin roun pan cake.
Method for filing :-
1.) Heat Oil in a pan.
2.) Add julien vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes
3.) Add sugar, vinegar, noddle , salt, pepper. Mix it.
Method for spring Roll.
1.) Putthe filling in the wrapper.
2.) Fold it in round ahspe.
3.) Stick with beaten egg.
4.) Heat oil and deep fry into light brown color.
5.) Serve with accompaniment.
