GINGER SOYA VEGETABLE
chop ginger - 2 gm
boil dice vegetable - 7 gm
soya - 3 ml
seasame oil - 2 ml
stock - 50 ml
cornflour paste - 15 ml
chop spring onion - garnish
oil - 30 ml
METHOD:
1) Heat oil in a pan
2) Add chop ginger and vegetable then fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
3) Add soya , salt and pepper.
4) Add stock and cook for 2 minutes.
5) Add corn flour and mix
6) serve with garnish.
