Pakchoi with Oyster sauce
Blanch pak choi - 50 gm
chop garlic - 2 gm
soya - 3 ml
oyster sauce - 5 ml
salt, pepper - to taste
stock - 50 ml
cornflour paste - 15 ml
oil - 30 ml
METHOD
1) wash the pakchoi and blanch it and keep the stock.
2) Heat oil in a pan.
3) Add chop garlic and pakchoi then fry for 2 minutes.
4) Add soya, oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
5) Add stock and cornflour paste then mix it.
