Oriental beef stir fry (4 servings)

Ingredients :
225 gram spinach, steamed and drained
90 ml spicy sesame oil
675 gm beef fillet
60 ml Tamari Soy sauce
Pepper to taste
225 gm shitake mushrooms, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
225 gm bamboo shoots cut into thin strips
3 celery sticks, cut into thin strips
3 tbsp sake
45 ml beef stock
Procedure :
First of all drain the steamed spinach well. After that cut
meat into thin strips.
Then saute the stripped meat in large pan using half of the
sesame oil.
Brown meat on both sides of the meat strips.
Sprinkle it with 30 ml of the soy sauce and pepper.
Remove meat from pan. After that put mushrooms, onion, bamboo
shoots and celery into frying pan with remaining oil.
Saute for3 minutes and return back the beef to pan for
sauting. Add spinach and toss it with remaining soy sauce, sake and beef stock.
Cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
