SAMOSA
Ingredients
FOR WRAPPER
white flour – 250 gm

Black cumin – 2 gm
Water – to knead
FOR STUFFING
Boil mash potato – 75 gm
Chop onion – 30 gm
Chop ginger garlic – 2 gm
Red chilli – 2 gm
Turmeric – 2 gm
Green coriander – 2 gm
Salt – to taste
METHOD:
FOR WRAPPER
1) Mix flour with other ingredients and knead it.
2) Make a thin round Bread shape.
3) Cut into a half and fold into cone shape.
FOR STUFFING
1) Heat oil in a pan, add chop ginger garlic paste and onion.
2) Add the spices and potato. Mix it.
3) Stuff it into wrapper and fold it.
4) Heat oil and deep fry.
