MULIGATWANG SOUP
Red lentil – 50 gm
Chop onion - 30 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 2 gm
Red chilli powder – 2 gm
Turmeric – 2 gm
Cumin powder – 2 gm
Lemon Juice – 5 ml
Water – 150 ml
Salt – to taste
Oil – 30 ml
METHOD:
1) Heat oil in a pan.

2) Add chop onion and fry for 2 minutes.
3) Add washed red lentil and fry for 2 minutes.
4) Add ginger garlic paste and all the spices. Mix it.
5) Cook the lentil.
6) Strain it and add Lemon juice and serve it.
