HOT & SOUR SOUP
Ingredients:
chop mix vegetables - 500gmchop garlic - 2 gm
choo green chilli - 2gm
chop mushroom - 5gm
chop bamboo shoot - 5 gm
Hot garlic sauce - 10 ml
soya - 3ml
vinegar - 3ml
salt, pepper - to taste
vegetable stock - 150ml
Oil - 30 ml
cornflour paste - 15 ml
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic and green chilli .
Add chop mushroom and vegetable. Fr for 3-4 minutes.
Add stock and boil it for 10-15 minutes.
Add cornflour paste and mix it.
