PURI BHAJI – (Indian Breakfast)

Ingredients:
For Puri
Whole wheat flour – 250 gm
Salt – to taste
Water – to knead
For Bhaji
Boil mix vegetables – 75 gm
Oil – 30 ml
Chop tomato – 30 gm
Turmeric – 2 gm
Red Chili Powder – 2 gm
Garam Masala – 2 gm
Salt – to taste
Oil – to deep fry
METHOD:
FOR PURI
1) Mix all the ingredinets together and knead into soft dough.
2) Roll it flat into round bread.
3) Heat oil and deep fry.
FOR BHAJI
1) Heat oil in a pan, add mix boil vegetables and fry for 2- 3 minutes.

2) Add all the spices , salt, and chop tomato.
3) Add little water and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
