PEA’S PULAO
Ingredients:
steam rice – 125 gm
Ghee – 30 gm
Whole garam masala - 2 gm
Boil green peas – 30 gm
Salt – to taste
METHOD:
1) Heat oil in a wok.

2) Add whole garam masala and steam rice.
3) Add green peas and salt. Mix it.
