KASHMIRI PULAO
Ingredients :
Steam Rice – 500 gm
Whole garam masala – 3 gm
Ghee – 30 gm
Dice apple – 30 gm
Chop dry nuts – 15 gm
METHOD:
1) Heat ghee in a wok.
2) Add whole garam masala and rice. Mix it.
3) Add kesar, colour, chop dry nuts and apple. Mix it and serve it.
