Brown Gravy
Indian brown gravy |
Ingredients:
Brown Onion Paste – 350 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 25 gm
Whole garam masala – 25 gm
Tomato Puree – 50 ml
Turmeric – 2 gm
Red chilli – 3 gm
Kaju Magaz – 50 gm
Cumin powder – 3 gm
Oil – 100 ml
Hot water – 200 ml
METHOD:
1) Heat oil in a wok
2) Add garam masala and ginger garlic paste.
3) Add brown onion and Kaju Magaz paste and then cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
4) Add tomato puree and hot water, then cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
For Fish Cury,
Add Fried Fish in Brown Curry.
