CHICKEN BIRYANI


Ingredients:
For Rice:

Rice                         – 500 gm
Whole garam masala – 10 gm
Ghee                        – 30 gm
Salt                          -  to taste
Water                      – 150 ml
For Chicken

Medium cut chicken – 300 gm
Giner garlic paste – 10 gm
Red chilli powder – 3 gm
Cumin powder – 3 gm
Coriander powder – 3 gm
Garam masala – 3 gm
Yoghurt – 100 ml
Salt to taste

For garnish

Brown fry onion
Boil water            – 15 ml
Black pepper       – 2 gm
Chop  green Coriander – 3 gm

METHOD
For Rice:
Mix all the ingredients together and cook the rice then cool it after it is cooked.

For chicken:
1)      Marinade the chicken with all the spices.
2)      Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken.
3)      Add the rice in chicken and mix it.
4)      Add all the ingredients for garnishing and mix it.
