VEGETABLE MALAI KOFTA
Ingredients:
Boil mash potato – 100 gm
Chop mix vegetable – 30 gm
Chop paneer -15 gm
Chop dry fruits – 15 gm
Red chilli – 2 gm
Garam masala – 2 gm
Cumin powder - 2 gm
Salt – to taste
Beson - 30 gm
White gravy – 50 ml
METHOD :
1) Mix all the ingredients for Kofta and knead it.
2) Make a small OVAL egg shape.
3) Heat oil and deep fry.
4) Add the kofta in the white gravy.
5) Serve with cream.
