ALOO PARATHA

Ingredients:
FOR PARATHA
Whole wheat flour – 250 gm
Salt- to taste
Water – to knead
FOR STUFFING
Boil Mash potato – 50 gm
Hop onion – 30 gm
Chop green coriander – 3 gm
Red chilli powder - 2 gm
Turmeric – 2 gm
Cumin powder - 2 gm
Roasted pea nuts – 5 gm
Oil – 30 ml
Ghee – to fry
FOR PARATHA
1) Mix all the ingredients together and knead into soft dough.
FOR STUFFING
1) Heat oil in a pan add chop onion and fry for 2- 3 minutes.
2) Add all the spices, salt , green coriander, peanut and potato and mix it.
3) Stuff the potato into dough .
4) Roll it flat on the table into thin round bread.
5) Fry it with ghee.
