Ingredients:
Dosa rice - 75 gm
Split black Lentil – 75 gm
Salt – to taste
Chop green chilli - 2 gm
Water - 100 ml
Oil – 5 ml
METHOD:
1) Soak the rice and Lentil Overnight.
2) Blend it into fine paste.
3) Add chop green chilli and salt. Mix it.
4) Heat the thick Tawa put the Dosa batter on twa and make a thin bread,
5) Fold it and serve it.
IDLI
1) Put the dosa mixture in Idli steamer and steam it for 12- 15 minutes.
Serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
