Speghetti Bolognise (meat sauce)


Speghetti Bolognise (meat sauce)

For Bolognise Sauce :

chop garlic - 2 gm
chop onion - 30 gm
mince meat - 50 gm
brown sauce - 50 gm
tomato puree - 15 ml
chop parsley - 2 gm
italian herbs - 2 gm
salt/pepper - to taste
oil - 30 ml
Boil sgeghetti - 100 gm
grated cheese - 15 gm

Method for Bolognise sauce.

Heat oil in a pan.
Add chop garlic, onion and fry for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add mince meat fry for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add Italian herbs, parsley, salt, pepper and tomato puree and mix it.
Add Brown sauce and mix it.
Add little stock and cook in a slow fire for 2 minutes.
For speghetti Bolognise.
Put boil speghetti on a plate.
At the center put Bolognise sauce.
On top put grated cheese.

Now sphegetti bolognise is ready and serve it to your guest.
