Pizza
For pizza Bread :
Flour - 200 gmYeast - 3 gm
Sugar - 5 gm
Salt - to taste
Egg - 1 number (optional)
water - to knead
For pizza paste
Chop onion - 50 gmchop garlic - 2 gm
chop tomato - 30 gm
chop parsley - 2 gm
Tomato puree - 15 ml
Tomato ketchup - 15 ml
Italian herbs - 2 gm
Oil - 80 ml
salt - to taste.
For pizza topping
Julian capsicum - 15 gm
Julian tomato - 15 gm
Grated cheese - 15 gm
Saute Mushroom - 15 gm
Method For preparing pizza bread
Activate the yeast by adding water and sugar.Add flour, salt in yeast solution.
Knead it into soft dough.
Leave it for 15 minutes by covering with wet cloth.
Roll it flat on the table into round bread size 8" dm(diameter)
Bake it in an Oven at 175 degree celsius for 2 - 3 minutes.
For pizza paste
Heat oil in a pan and chop garlic and onion and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
Add chop tomato and cook into paste.
Add herbs, parsley, tomato puree, tomato ketchup and salt cook for 2 minutes.
Take it out cool it and blend into paste.
For pizza
Method :
Put the pasta sauce in pizza bread.
Put the pizza topping and cover it with cheese.
Bake it in an Oven for 3 - 4 minutes.
Cut it into 8 pieces and serve it.
Points to remember:
when cheese topping is done, the topping helps the topped vegetables to catch.
While serving the pizza it should be cut into 8 pieces but should not be seperated in the plate.
