Lasagnia
Ingredients:
pizza dough - 3 slice (2"x 4")Bechamel sauce - 15 gm
pesto sauce - 15 gm
spinach sauce - 15 gm
grated cheese - 15 gm.
Method :-
Prepare the pizza dough.Roll it and cut it into thin sheet size 2" x 4 ".
Boil it in Boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Prepare spinach sauce by adding boiled spinach paste in Bechamel sauce.
Method to prepare Lasagnia:
Put the 1st sheet on a serving oval dish.
On top put spinach sauce and cover with 2nd sheet.
On top of 3rd sheet put pesto sauce.
Cover it with cheese.
Bake it in an Oven until cheese melts.
