Chicken stragonoff - continental main course portion
Ingredients:
Boiled Dice chicken - 50gm
chopped garlic - 2gm
mustard powder - 2gm
Bechamel sauce - 30ml
Italian herbs - 2gm
salt/pepper as per taste
Oil - 3 ml
white stock - 50 ml
chopped parsley - 2gm(garnishing)
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic.
After that put the chicken and fry it for 2 - 3 mins.
Add Italian herbs, salt, pepper, mustard powder.
Add Bechamel sauce and white stock for 2 minutes.
Srinkle chopped parsley and serve it.
