Fruit Custard (Dessert portion - continental food )
Ingredients
milk - 500 ml
sugar - 65 gm
mix dice fruits(medium dice cut) - 150 gm
julliene cherry - 15 gm
Custard powder - 30 gm
Methods
1) Divide the milk into two parts 150 ml and 350 ml.
2) Heat 350 ml milk by adding sugar.
3) Add custard powder in 150 ml cold milk and mix it.
4) When 350 ml milk is heated add 150 ml custard mixture in it and stir until custard becomes thick.
5) Cut the fruits into medium dice.
6) After that put the cut fruits in the serving dish.
7) Pour the custard on it.
8) Mix it, serve it hot or cold.
9) Garnish with cherry and serve it.
In this way you can prepare fruit custard and serve it as a dessert and also as a breakfast as well.
