Sambhar |
Ingredients:
Soak Uradh dal – 30 gm
Dice mix vegetables - 50 gm
Whole dry Red chilli – 2 number
Mustard Seed – 2 gm
Curry Patta – few
Turmeric – 2 gm
Sambhar Masala – 3 gm
Tamarind water – 15 ml
Oil – 30 ml
METHOD:
1) Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, curry patta and red chilli.
2) Add dice mix – vegetable and fry for 4- 5 minutes.
3) Add Turmeric, Sambhar masala, salt and Tamarind water.
4) Add Uradh dal and water, cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
